GIRAFFES CAN'T DANCE

 On Wednesday  (2ºB) and Thursday  (2ºA) we read the beautiful story of "Giraffes Can't Dance".. We learnt that everybody has different abilities and  that we can overcome our fears. We must encourage, and give second chances to our friends too and not laugh at them when they make mistakes. 

El miércoles (2ºB) y el jueves (2ºA) leímos  el precioso cuento de "Giraffes CAn't Dance". Aprendimos que todos tenemos diferentes habilidades y que podemos superar nuestros miedos. Debemos  animar y dar segundas oportunidades a nuestros amigos y no reírnos de ellos cuando cometan errores.

MONDAY 14th JUNE 2021

 Today 2ºA group work reading with Patricia and JAke in English. It was hot so we drink  cold "horchata" from  Comunidad Valenciana. It was much better with horchata!

Hoy el grupo de 2ºA trabajó la lectura con Patricia y Jake en inglés. Hacía calor así que lo combatimos con una vasito de horchata de la Comunidad Valenciana. ¡ Trabajamos mucho mejor con la horchata!

2ºB group was decided to improve their pronunciation by singing so we did a karaoke contest. Ainhoa, Lola and Noa sang "Monkey Dance", Nayely and Laia sang "Roar", Sara sang "We are the Champions" and Victor sang "Bohemian Rapsody", Javi Haro sang "Billie Jean"... Jake and Frances also helpèd us. We had a lot of  fun.

Los niños de 2ºB decidieron mejorar su pronunciación cantando así que hicimos un karaoke. Ainhoa , Noa y Lola nos cantaron "Monkey Dance", Nayely y Laia cantaron "Roar", Sara cantó "We are the Champions", Javi Haro cantó "Billie Jean"... Jake y Frances nos acompañaron. Nos lo pasamos muy bien.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVID AND AYLA! (FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS DAVID Y AYLA)

Yesterday we celebrated David and Ayla's birthday. We wished them a very happy birthday! They turned 8 years old!

Ayer celebramos los cumples de David y de Ayla. Les deseamos un feliz cumpleaños. Han cumplido 8 años.

UNIT 9 :TH- SOUND

We learn how th- can sound today. We learnt th- like in thing and th- like in that. 

Aprendimos como suena la grafía th- en inglés. Aprendimos th- como en la palabra thing y th- como en that.

Then we watched the Alphablock video about it. (Después vimos el vídeo de los Alphablocks)

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOA AND ENOL! (FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS ENOL Y NOA)

 We wish a very happy birthday to Enol and Noa that have their birthday parties this week end! They turned  8 years old.

Deseamos un muy feliz cumpleaños a Enol y Noa que tuvieron sus cumples este fin de semana. cumplieron 8 años.

VERB CAN

     Today we  worked on the verb can. The teacher explained how the verb can is used. We listened to a chant, we watched some videos and we sing a song.

Hoy estudiamos el verbo can. La profe nos explicó cómo y cuándo se usa el verbo. Escuchamos un poema, vimos unos vídeos y cantamos una canción.
